Artist Sign Up

Are you an artist or performer who would like to participate at our events? If you would like to be entered into our database of participants, please send an e-mail with the following info to the address a the bottom:

Full name and performance name (if different).
Contact info (including phone number, e-mail and Web site)
Your art form (musician, painter, poet, etc.)
Photos of yourself, artwork or promotional material. (Images should be at least 200dpi.)
1 - 2 paragraph biography about you and your art.

            - Where are you from?

            - What is unique about what you do?

            - Why do you love or hate being an artist?

            - What was the most influential artistic moment of your life?

- Selling merchandise or work? Need help doing it?

- Want to be involved in "GumptionBalls," our smaller events?

Tell us about what you do and what we can do for you.

- If you have pamphlets about your organization or art,

we would be glad to have them available at our events.
